After a long hiatus and an e-mail from a friend who used to post here, I thought I'd give it another lookover to see if things are sufficiently tamed down to get back to exchanging ideas with friendly posters.

It's a shame that some of the old forums haven't had any new posts.I thought many were good subjects and interestingly funny at times.

I did very much enjoy posting on different coal region subjects and  replying to those that were interesting.Sharing ideas and thoughts are good for  the memory, brain food so to speak for those of us whom have passed the 3/4 century mark.

I see one familiar name Lig posting here.Hi Lig , how're thing in Auburn? A belated Happy New Year.

If things look copasetic now , I may ask some of my buddies to rejoin.

OOPS , I see I goofed on the Topic title. Sorry, I should have edited it first. I meant, where have all the good posters gone? With these old fingers perhaps I should replace my keyboard with larger key spacing?? 

Hoping the administrator will correct that. Please!
